Welcome to TouraySells. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of touraysells.com and any purchases you make through us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

TouraySells is a small handmade goods business operated by Melissa Touray, a sole proprietor located in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. We sell small-batch handmade jewelry, candles, sachets, and other home goods.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or sign up for our SMS list. If you're under 18, please don't use the site without a parent or guardian.

3. Products

Each piece is handmade. That means:

• There will be small variations between items — that's part of the charm of handmade goods.
• Photos are accurate but lighting and screen color may differ slightly from real life.
• Drops are limited. Once an item sells out, it may or may not come back.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to keep things fair.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Sales tax is added where required by law.
• Payment is charged at the time of order.
• We accept major credit cards via our payment processor.
• Prices and product availability can change without notice.

5. Shipping

• We ship from Omaha, Nebraska, USA.
• Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from order to shipment.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
• Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
• If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to help.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we have a limited returns policy:

• Damaged or defective items: Email krisbryantfan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll either replace the item or refund you.
• Wrong item shipped: Same as above — we'll fix it.
• Change of heart: We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund is issued once we receive the item.
• Personalized / custom items: Final sale, no returns unless damaged or defective.

7. SMS Messaging Program

If you sign up for SMS messages, you agree to our SMS Terms & Conditions, which describe how the messaging program works, what you'll receive, and how to opt out.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on touraysells.com — photos, product designs, text, and the TouraySells brand — belongs to Melissa Touray. Please don't use it without permission. If you'd like to share or repost, just ask.

9. Acceptable Use

Don't use the site to:

• Violate any law
• Resell our products without written permission
• Try to break, hack, or interfere with the site or our infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information

10. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is." Allergies, sensitivities, and reactions to materials (essential oils, metals, dried botanicals, etc.) are the buyer's responsibility — please read product descriptions carefully and reach out if you're unsure about an ingredient.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TouraySells's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
