TouraySells ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Melissa Touray, a sole proprietor based in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit touraysells.com or sign up for our SMS list.

Any personal information that we collect (as identified in the "Information We Collect" section below) will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Contact details: Name, mobile phone number, and email address when you sign up for SMS alerts or contact us.
• Order details: Shipping address, payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details), and items ordered, when you make a purchase.
• Communication records: Messages you send us via email, SMS, or contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Basic analytics like pages visited, browser type, and approximate location (city/state).
• Cookies: Small files used to make the site work and remember your preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you SMS alerts about new product drops, restocks, and small batch announcements (only if you opt in)
• To process and ship orders
• To respond to questions and provide customer support
• To improve the website and our products
• To comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Messaging Specifically

When you sign up for our SMS list, you give us express written consent to send you marketing text messages. We use that consent only for what you signed up for. Specifically:

• Your phone number and consent record (timestamp, IP address, the form you used) are stored securely for at least four years per TCPA requirements.
• We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your opt-out is honored immediately.
• SMS data is shared only with our SMS service providers (such as our messaging carrier) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you signed up for.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these specific cases:

• Service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, SMS carriers, email providers, and website hosts. They only get the information they need to do their job.
• Legal requests if required by law (court orders, subpoenas, etc.)
• Business transfers if TouraySells is ever sold or transferred (you'd be notified)

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed:

• SMS consent records: minimum 4 years (TCPA requirement)
• Order records: 7 years (tax requirement)
• Email correspondence: 3 years
• If you ask us to delete your data, we'll do so unless legally required to keep it.

6. Your Rights

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
