SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the TouraySells SMS alerts program. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

The TouraySells SMS program sends text messages about:

Messages are sent by Melissa Touray (sole proprietor d/b/a TouraySells).

2. How to Sign Up

You can sign up by submitting your mobile number through the form at touraysells.com/#signup and checking the consent box. By doing so, you provide express written consent to receive marketing text messages from TouraySells at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice messages.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 2-4 messages per month, usually clustered around drop dates. Frequency may vary slightly based on how many drops happen in a given month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan and carrier. TouraySells is not responsible for any carrier charges.

5. How to Get Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any TouraySells message. You'll receive a return text with our contact information. You can also email krisbryantfan@gmail.com or call (574) 265-6664.

6. How to Opt Out

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any TouraySells message. You'll receive one final confirmation text and no further marketing messages.

If you want to rejoin the list later, reply START or sign up again at touraysells.com.

7. Supported Carriers

The TouraySells SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only with our SMS service providers (such as our messaging carrier) and only as needed to deliver the messages you signed up for. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for the SMS program. By signing up, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provided belongs to you.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
